ABRAMS grew out of my desire to own and manage a family restaurant in Edgecombe County where I was born and reared. In 1974, my family and I had the opportunity to purchase a small restaurant in Tarboro serving southern cooked food. My son Jerry was amost 3 years old. Since that time, we now have Abrams Restaurants in Tarboro, Pinetops, and Wilson as well as an O'Henry's Restaurant in Tarboro, N. C. We began catering in 1975 to small groups which soon became larger and larger groups. We still cater to small groups because they are the people who have made us what we are today and we are grateful to them so we will continue to serve them.
