Mami Nora's opened up in 2007 at their Durham location shortly before an unexpected fire. We then re-opened for business and were busier than ever- expanding to a second location in Raleigh! Mami Nora's is recognized for its unforgettable rotisserie chicken, cooked in a special marinade, then roasted in our imported oven from Perú. This oven uses only wood charcoal, no gas or electric heat is needed.
