Every new restaurant is trying to do something special, but rarely will you find a business more engrossed in the community than The Artisan. At first, the concept for the restaurant/bar was ambitious. We wanted to appeal to every type of diner and socialite in Raleigh. We wanted to serve great food to regular guests. Becoming a place where everyone feels welcome, from vegetarians to families, was what we wanted to create. While most new spots in Raleigh are trying to bring something they think Raleigh needs, we decided to bring something Raleigh wants.
