Tek-Nique is a new restaurant in the Bedford Village Shops that will surprise and delight customers. Owner and Chef Matt Trottier knows New Hampshire and great cuisine, and combined this knowledge to bring a chic restaurant to the community. Matt grew up locally, attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y., then cooked for great area restaurants including the Bedford Village Inn, the Inn at Little Washington, Michael Timothy's and the Stonehedge Inn. He offers gourmet appetizers, dinners and desserts, such as applewood hot smoked salmon, house-cured duck and jalapeño sorbet. There is a separate bar area for more casual dining and conversation and a function room for private parties. Tek-Nique is a delicious new choice for date night.
