Boloco bills themselves as serving "Inspired Burritos." Indeed, their burritios are very inspired -- by a variety of cultures. With three sizes (mini, small and original) and prices that are resonable, you're bound to find something you'll like on the menu. Boloco offers things like "The Summer," which tastes clean and refreshing, and "Buffalo," Boloco's take on the Buffalo wing. The company started in the Boston area in 1997 and has grown since then; this outpost is in downtown Concord. It's busy and popular with the locals here. The staff is friendly, and it's clean, warm and offers free Wi-Fi.
