Oven Poppers began its operations in 1984 in Bedford, NH by its founders Stacey Blake and Andre Desmarais. The goal of hand-cutting fresh fish for their retail stores was enhanced by Andre's strong talent in developing delicious prepared foods that customers could take home and "pop" in their ovens. Success started with the stores' Seafood Casserole in Lobster Sauce and it has not let up yet.
