Golden Dragon is owned and operated by the Oriental Palace Corp, with Mr. and Ms. Kin Heng Chu serving as the directors and the head chiefs. Together they have brought the community of Nashua, over 30 years of delicious Cantonese cuisines.Mr. & Mrs. Kin Heng Chu were born and raised in China and migrated to the U.S. in 1973. They came to this country in hopes of finding a better life and started working in the food service business. Mr. and Mrs. Chu's first job was at the Golden Dragon, both worked as cooks, and 20 years later, through hard work, dedication and sheer determination, they now own the restaurant that first employed them.After acquiring The Golden Dragon, Mr. and Mrs. Chu brought their eldest son, Wai Man Chu in as a partner and co-owner. Together this family owns and operates the Golden Dragon and it still continues to successfully grow year after year.
