At Villa Banca, the Merrimack Valley’s innovative Italian restaurant, you’ll relish traditional Italian dishes, such as homemade meatballs and marinara sauce over linguine, and contemporary creations, such as gorgonzola-stuffed filet. Established in 1997 by Tim Poplar, George Sylvester, and Len Williams, Villa Banca (pronounced VILL-uh BON-kuh) is Italian for “house bank,” referring to our location in a former bank building. Savor Chicken and Shrimp Banca in front of the vault door, enjoy an Italian Martini at the teller window or celebrate a special occasion in the Board Room.
