Cafe Lotus, formerly know as the Lotus Deli, has recently relocated to 77 S. Maple Avenue. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is now primarily a deli and ice cream shoppe. Daily specials include some Chinese entrees reminiscent of its previous location. The owner, Lillian Choy, has been serving Basking Ridge residents for over 20 years and knows many of her loyal customers by name.
