Yuki Hana is a small Sushi restaurant tucked away in the Stop and Stop Center on Route 23 Northbound in Butler. While Yuki Hana does not have a full kitchen, it still provides a wide array of dishes. Some hot dishes include a variety of donburi, tempura and teriyaki.  The fish is fresh, with good portion sizes.  The menu includes traditional rolls, but also some unique and creative ones.

The prices are particularly reasonable, and more so at lunch.  For a nice value, try one of the Bento boxes, or better yet, the Chirashi Don lunch special which comes with Miso Soup.
