When you walk the streets of the French countryside searching for that perfect little bistro to stop at for dinner, you might notice their “a toute heure” menu written up on the blackboard and perched outside. This daily menu usually highlights the chef’s specials for the night and is full of local, seasonal treasures that locals know are the best find for the night. we are still working and staying true to our “anytime” roots! Andrea still goes to market and sources what she can from local farmers & purveyors (yep, even in the snow) and tends our own gardens in warmer months. The fishmonger still yells the loudest for our local fish at 2 am in the city. Our butchers work to find us meats that are humanely raised. Kara works among the boiling pots in the kitchen to craft a menu with layers of flavors and influences. And, Jim, well we all know he is the one out front, causing trouble and meeting all of you - our customers!
