Hop Hing serves a variety of Chinese food, including egg rolls, fried wonton, egg drop soup, chicken chow mein, chop suey, fried rice,  shrimp lo mein and beef with broccoli. Its lunch specials run until 3:30pm and include a main dish, pork fried rice and choice of soup: wonton, egg drop, hot and sour or egg roll. Hop Hing offers free delivery for all orders over $10, only uses vegetable oil and never adds MSG to the food. The restaurant is small and intimate with some limited seating, but it does most of its business in take-out orders.
