Cafe Christopher, which opened in January 2010, is located on the ground floor of an office park in Eatontown. This small food operation offers breakfast and lunch. Whether it be its Cajun roast beef sandwich or its chopped Cobb salad, the cafe's menu offers something for everyone. It also offers a variety of panini on rosemary focaccia. Owner Nancy Marcotte also does catering and lunch for office parties, boxed lunches, and cold and hot lunch buffets for business and evening meetings.
