Following many years of success with Anthony David’s Gourmet Market, a take-out and catering shoppe that was revered in the community, The Dining Room was opened in September of 2002. We built a cozy room, pored over hundreds of recipes that would reflect Chef Pino’s interest in the traditions found across the regions of Italy, and created a service style that we hoped would be friendly and refined.The philosophy behind that first menu has not changed in the nearly ten years we’ve been open. We seek to offer fine cuisine that highlights the vitality of pure flavors. Chef Pino approaches Italian traditions with a modern American sensibility. What it adds up to is a menu full of flavor, creativity, and familiarity.
