Red Knot restaurant is a Gastro Pub serving the general public 7 days a week. It is part of the new Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course, which is conveniently located off exit 138 on the Garden State Parkway. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends, family and business associates. The restaurant offers outdoor dining (available on a first come basis) with fantastic views of the golf course. The kitchen is headed by longtime Union County resident (and NJ native) Ralph Romano, Executive Chef.
