Glenn Turtletaub, the Livingston Township Clerk, performs a variety of services and is a go-to resource for residents who are not sure of which township department they need to talk to.

As the holder of township records, the Clerk keeps contracts, ordinances, resolutions, minutes and budgets on file, as well as posts schedules and agendas of Council meetings. Copies of public records are available for a fee.

The Clerk is also a resource for voter registration, polling and absentee ballots, accepting and opening bids for township projects, issuing permits and licenses, and swearing in Notary Publics. Passport processing is also available at the Clerk's office once a month.
