`CHEF’S SMOKEHOUSE is located in beautiful Carol's Garden at 36 Cook Avenue in Madison, NJ (Behind First Baptist Church). Our Ribs and Chicken are dry-rubbed without sauce. Our Special Recipe Sauce is available with each order upon request.Our meats are hand rubbed with special seasoning and slowly smoked in our Hickory Smoke Pit. All our meals an Poultry have been slow cooked for hours in our Ole Hickory Smoked Pit. This type of slow cooking forms a “pink” smoke-ring on our meats and poultry which is your guarantee of authentic smoked and not an indication of under cooking.
