Many famous NYC pizzerias since use coal ovens, and we have brought that unique taste home to you.Giorgio is proud and excited that he has brought something unique to our area, and has built his business on an important part of our history. It's look is a new take on Pizzeria restaurants of old, but the fuel we use to cook is millions of years old and an important part of our history. Coal is used to fire the ovens at Coal Fire Pizza. These black diamonds cut down on cooking time. Natural gas ovens only get up to 300 to 400 degrees. Our Coal oven gets anywhere from 700 to 800 degrees and takes only minutes to make a pizza.Whether you are joining us for a quick lunch, an afternoon break, a family night out,dinner with the girls, watching the game, or picking up pizza to go, you will not be disappointed.
