Jockey Hollow Bar and Kitchen is veteran New York restaurateur Chris Cannon's four-part, Italian and American-inspired restaurant housed inside Morristown's historic Vail Mansion. The Oyster Bar at Jockey Hollow Bar & Kitchen serves an extensive selection of raw bar, crudo, salumi, cheese, and small plates for the table in addition to farm to table entrees. Guests are welcome to order cocktails from The Vail Bar or select wine from a 400 bottle wine list featuring over 40 wines by the glass and a rotating selection of fifty wines for under fifty dollars. Reservations are accepted 30 days in advance.
