The Stable is an authentic churrascaria and grill blending old world charm and the raw energy of South America.  The stable offers premium prime beef that is hand selected, cut daily and grilled to order from the wood grill. Its unique ambiance features vaulted conservatories and hand-painted murals that are paired with specialty cuisine from its six-foot, wood-burning rotisserie and grill.  Aiming to combine minimalism and transparency, the restaurant serves simple dishes with traceable origins with an attention to detail everywhere you look.

According to its owner, the popularity of its rodizio has pushed the restaurant to designed its own custom, dry-aging meat room to meet the growing demand. As Argentinian steakhouses stand alone on the southern cone and now The Stable stands alone on the northern tip of Bergen.
