Opened in 2006, the steak house offers customers an upscale dining experience. The building in which the steak house resides is steeped in a rich local history and traces of the building's past incarnations as a clothing store and bank still remain. Private dining rooms show original Roots Store signs, and marble, brass and mahogany accents are found throughout the space. The steak house works to keep the history of the building alive and offers customers a complimentary sundae if they bring in a piece of Roots merchandise.
