It is believed that Tito was born in a small beach village of Todos Santos, in the middle of Mexico’s Baja peninsula. Or maybe it was just outside of Hali ‘ewa, on the North Shore of Oahu. Then again, it might have been the town of Balboa, on the Pacific coast of Panama.Truth is, no one’s quite sure where he’s from! Whenever asked, Tito simply leans back and scratches the growth on his chin and replies (using his own brand of language that we refer to as “Tito-speak”), “I come from da beach, brah. And no matter where I am, I will always be at da beach!”
