Mumford's Culinary Center is a multi-faceted food establishment that offers full-service catering and a culinary school with courses in food preparation. Mumford's also serves breakfast and lunch, including soup, salad and sandwiches, which can be taken out or eaten in the informal dining area. Gourmet sandwiches include the Portobellowich, a grilled portobello mustroom sandwich with herb boursin cheese, spinach and tomatoes on a toasted onion roll. Mumford's also has a tasting menu.
