Lynn Blessing McDougall, Esquire, began her own law practice in April of 2003 in the Towne Center area of Robbinsville, New Jersey. With over 14 years of experience as an attorney, she specializes in the areas of commercial real estate, land use and development, and all areas of closely-held businesses, from their creation or purchase to dissolution or sale, and issues in between relating to operations, contracting, financing and special handling of business matters. Lynn received her J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Camden, with Tax Honors, and her B.A. degree, with high honors, from Douglass College. She is licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey State, Pennsylvania and Mercer County bar associations, and is a volunteer Womanspace, Inc She presently serves as Vice President for Programming on the State board of the New Jersey Association of Women's Business Owners and is President-Elect for NJAWBO's Mercer Chapter. Lynn has presented seminars and workshops to groups in the areas of business formation, business planning, real estate, land use, negotiable instruments, and legal writing, and has been a speaker on small business issues for Trenton Small Business Week, the Small Business Development Center, SCORE, and NJAWBO's Women's Business Center.
