JEI Learning Centers help students advance using JEI's self-learning methods, developed by founder Sung Hoon Park. According to 1 the core of JEI's method lies in three educational theories: the Talent Education Theory (all Children are born with unlimited potential and talent is not inherent); the Programmed Instruction Theory (children can achieve success in learning when provided with specified aims, sufficient practices and appropriate reinforcement); and the Mastery Learning Theory (the degree of learning can be calculated by using time actually spent in learning and time needed in learning).

The Warren franchise offers tutoring for students in kindergarten through 12th grade, with six on-site instructors.
