Although the Warren Deli has been around since the 1980s, new owners Dave Quinn and Miquel Cardenas have been busy revitalizing a town staple. The "new" deli, bright and cheery, offers more than your typical lunch fare. You can choose a specialty sandwich like the Long Horn (chopped steak with mozzerella cheese) or the Green Sandwich (grilled vegetables with peppers), or cross the "border" and pick up a Baja Burrito or Tejas Quesadillas. Soups, salads, wraps, paninis and even fruit smoothies are on the menu. Delivery is available, and you can call or fax in your lunch orders. Breakfast favorites like omelets and pancakes are also offered, and a small cup of joe will only cost you a buck.
