The offices of the various departments of Woodbridge Township are centrally located in the municipal building on Main Street. The new complex was erected in the 1990s, after the original historic building -- dedicated as a war memorial building and built with bricks fashioned in the town's brickworks -- was knocked down.

The municipal court is held here, as are the town's council meetings. The police department, which had been located behind the old town hall building, was incorporated into the new structure's basement.

John McCormac serves as mayor.
