In late 2005, the Martinez family started on a venture to change the flavor of New Mexico. They brought true, authentic Mexican food to the heart of Albuquerque, NM's historic Nob Hill area. By introducing Albuquerqueans to Los Equipales Restaurant, the family focused on producing some of the most esteemed Mexican Sea Food flavors straight from the coast of Mexico cuisine, such as Huachinango al Mojo de Ajo, as well as central Mexican flavors such as Pollo en Mole, Carnitas de Puerco, Enchiladas Suizas, and many more mouth watering examples.The flavor is kept fresh by changing the menu every three weeks to focus on specialty dishes from each state in Mexico.
