It uses two-row malted barley, Hallertauer hops and German yeast from Weihenstephan for brewing 3.1 million gallons of beer annually. The company uses state-of-the-art technology for better control of brewing environment and monitoring of the brewing process. It has a 114,000 square foot facility that has the capacity to produce 110,000 barrels of authentic German style beers. Gordon Biersch Brewing Company has a 25,000 square foot warehouse that helps to store various products. It also offers garlic and fry combination as a late night snack, metal tracker sign, glass boot, hat, clock and shirt.
