The Wynn Las Vegas is one of the most luxurious hotels in 1, named for its owner, hotel-casino magnate Steve Wynn. The Wynn is home to beautifully appointed hotel rooms, some of the best gourmet restaurants in the city (all of which offer vegan dining options, at Wynn's insistence), a lush arboretum, nightclubs that are among the most popular in the country and stage shows including "Le Rêve" and "Showtsoppers." It's the perfect place for visitors looking for upscale accommodations.

Rooms at Wynn Las Vegas
The Wynn has some of the most high-end rooms in Las Vegas, so this isn't a place for people looking for budget accommodations. That said, rooms range from the standard resort rooms to the Fairway Villa, which varies from 2,400 to 3,200 square feet, with a private balcony overlooking the golf course, two marble bathrooms and a private driveway entrance, among other amenities. Joining the hotel's Insider club is a good way to ensure the best room selection.

Must see/do at Wynn Las Vegas
"Le Rêve" is a visually stunning and dramatically immersive show, combining acrobatics, dance and a stage that shifts above and below a shimmering pool. 1 is consistently ranked the top nightclub in the U.S., with superstar DJs almost every night. The Lake of Dreams is a stunning indoor lake and arboretum, featuring various light shows that involve holograms and puppetry.

Best and worst times to go to Wynn Las Vegas
In Las Vegas, the hot summer (from late May to late August) is often the best time to get a good deal, although spring (March to mid-May) and fall (mid-September to mid-November) are the most pleasant times of the year. Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are huge for nightclubs, and would be ideal times to check out XS, 1 and other Wynn clubs, although room rates may be high.

Parking and public transportation at Wynn Las Vegas
The Wynn (and adjacent hotel-casino 1) has its own spacious, free parking garage, with easy access from Las Vegas Boulevard. You can also take a cab from a taxi stand at any other Strip hotel-casino for a few dollars, and local buses regularly run up and down the Strip, with stops nearby.

Other places to visit near Wynn Las Vegas
Across Las Vegas Boulevard, the 1 has an appealing mix of affordable and high-end shopping. The Venetian and 1 hotel-casinos, adjacent to each other like Wynn and Encore, are similarly upscale, with shopping at the 1. A little further north on Las Vegas Boulevard, the 1 is an iconic old-school Vegas restaurant and bar.

Insider tip for visitors to Wynn Las Vegas
Although Wynn and Encore may look separate from the outside, they're completely contiguous inside, so anyone heading to restaurants, shows or clubs in either hotel-casino can park and enter in the same place.
