The Chef's Table is an intimate, private dining room with open kitchen that is available for groups of 10 to 16 who wish to enjoy a bounteous Italian table in the setting of a fine home. Extensive menu choices include virtually the entire range of Italian regional cuisine prepared by Jim Rua and his colleagues. Chef's Table functions are popular occasions for business meetings, family gatherings, dinner among friends and all special events where guests can gather around a single table to enjoy each other and some of Italy's most celebrated preparations. The open kitchen provides an excellent perspective for guests whose interests include the techniques of Italian cooking as well as the enjoyment of it. The Chef's table setting provides privacy as well as the opportunity to communicate with Jim and his colleagues for those interested in learning more about the cuisine, travel and other aspects of Cafe Capriccio's programs and services.
