Here at The Hollow Bar + Kitchen in historic Downtown Albany, we are all about quality. The ingredients for our dishes are carefully chosen, our menu is ever-changing, recipes are tested daily. We are, in the truest sense, a kitchen. We love food and it is reflected in our cooking! Our kitchen stays open late so if you have a hankering for something delicious into the wee hours, we are able to accommodate! Our bar features 20 rotating taps (over half are craft varieties) and over 65 bottled selections featuring craft beer and perennial favorites. We have been introducing interesting craft cans to our repertoire as well. Our Signature Jar Drinks are seasonally-inspired, served in mason jar pints and created with fresh muddled fruits, herbs and hand-squeezed juices. Our wines are hand-selected and hard-to-find at an incredible value.
