Morgan's Bay Confections is a candy shop located south of Babylon Village, opened by owner Nina Roy in September of 2008. The shop makes its own chocolate, caramel and vanilla from scratch, using only the best Belgian chocolate and vanilla beans, rather than extract. Stop by for truffles, covered toffees, almond butter crunch, and other treats. All products are made fresh without preservatives or stabilizers.
