In doing this there were a few things black & blue set out to accomplish; to offer something new and different from your old stuffy traditional steakhouses your parents used to go to. incorporate much of the personality of the old classic venues, like leather booths, armchairs, fireplaces, and straight-forward menus but mix it into a more elegant, chic surrounding, and some new fun dishes.
