Buffalo is well known for three things: the food, the friendly people and the lovely winter weather. ETS plays a role in two of the three. Ron Lucchino established the first Elmwood Taco and Subs (ETS) in 1975 on the corner of Elmwood and West Delevan. His goal has always been to provide Buffalonians an alternative to traditional fast food. Ron focuses on fresh ingredients, his own original recipes, and fast service in a spotlessly clean kitchen and dining room.For over three decades, the ETS menu has expanded to include traditional Mexican favorites like tacos, burritos, chimichangas, fajitas, quesadillas, taco salads, and Mexican style pizzas. The menu also has a variety of subs and local Buffalo specialties: chicken finger subs, Buffalo chicken wings and crispy waffle cut fries. ETS also offers whole wheat tortillas and vegetarian options.
