Freddy has cooked and managed several kitchens for high end restaurants for 20 yrs, you had his cooking you just didn't know it. He has been the secret to a lot of restaurants success. His recipes are authentic and time-tested. The ingredients are always fresh and the menu bursts with flavor that you will crave! A lot of people do barbecue. but not like this. There is nothing bad on the menu call order pick up or if you want a more quaint setting dine in. Freddy teaches cooking classes minimal 5 people. You prepare a 5 course meal for 3 hrs & sit down eat together afterwards this is great for a gift idea for a family. Whatever you do you have to try this food you won't be sorry!
