Grimaldi's Restaurant has a long and rich history. My grandparents started the business in 1943 in Utica New York. The restaurant started in a little soda fountain cafe which soon grew into a full service Italian restaurant. My grandfather was a student of life and he was always curious and passionate about his cooking. With that passion the restaurant grew to a very successful business.We have a passion for family, sharing our love of food with others and treating our cutomers like family. We take pride in our food, everything is made fresh and on the premises including our desserts! We have many healthy items to choose from, although all Italian food is healthy! Our sauce is a marinara made fresh daily along with our award winning meatballs and sausage. We are innovative and like to keep up with current trends in cooking so we aim to please.
