For the past 40 years, owner Herbert Loken has prepared fresh food and beverages and serving it in silver-plated chafing dishes, coffee urns, punch bowls and fountains, china plates and glassware; you won't find any paper plates or plastic forks at his events. Elegant as well as casual services are available for home, office and corporate events; tent weddings are also available. If you are throwing your own party, you can rent tents, tables, chairs and serving pieces. Loken operates the business out of an office adjacent to his home, so it’s best to call ahead for an appointment.
