Welcome to the Christopher Michael website.We are the exclusive caterers of The Jamesport Country Kitchen.Christopher Michael has been providing off premises catering services on the North Fork since 1993. Because we are completely mobile we can allow you and your guests to enjoy the natural beauty of the North Fork. We can come to your home or your acreage. We can also assist you in finding the perfect vineyard or waterfront setting for your reception.We offer buffet or french style service. Our buffet service starts at $50 per person and includes your choice of seven passed hors d'oeuvres, three entrees, salad, vegetable, potato, bread, fresh fruit, coffee and teas. French style service starts at $60 per person. The final per person price will be determined once your menu selections are made.We can also customize an event to just what you had in mind. For example, a raw bar during cocktail hour, a visual grilling or pasta station, or several food theme stations may be appropriate. Our servers are experienced, professional and most gracious.Christopher Michael will personalize and coordinate your event at the venue of your choice. Our event coordination services include site planning, tenting, rental requirements, bar service and floral design. All inclusive pricing is available upon request.
