Pat Colalillo, who also owns the Boiano Bakery just down the street, has owned the Cosmo & Alex Pisano Brothers Deli for 25 of its 45 years. Mr. Colalillo can usually be found in the back kitchen stirring a simmering pot of the deli's signature marinara sauce, which you can smell from the street. The store offers a wide variety of prepared sandwiches, pastas and Italian entrées, as well as cheeses, cured meats and olives. You can also get your shopping done here, with shelves of dried pastas, olive oils, balsamic vinegars and canned goods imported from Italy.
