He received his practical training in sushi and traditional cuisine in Tokyo. Chef Lisan arrived in New York almost twenty years ago and worked in famous Japanese restaurants in New York City such as Nobu Restaurant, Morimoto Restaurant, Sushi Samba and others. His lifelong ambition was rewarded when he opened his own restaurant in Mamaroneck, New York.
