Chef and owner Mr. Lim and his wife formerly owned Hinode, a well known and loved Sushi restaurant in Piermont, NY. At New City Sushi, the sushi is fresh and the owners are friendly and generous. The restaurant offers six tables in its beautifully decorated dining room, but true aficionados know the best seat in the house is the sushi bar.
