Russell Friedman, Founder of Russell Friedman & Associates LLP started his practice more than thirty years ago. During this period, Mr. Friedman has built his practice as well as his reputation in matters related to Health Care Consulting where they intersect with No-Fault, Risk Assessment and Planning for No-Fault claims and receivables, as well as No-Fault collection matters. The last few years have seen major changes in the Health Care and No-Fault practice areas. As other insurance sources, such as Medicare and Commercial Insurance have continued to cut their reimbursement rates to these institutions, it has become apparent that hospitals can no longer afford to relegate unpaid No-Fault claims to the “write-off” column of their reports. Mr. Friedman’s Firm has been the leader in a movement aimed at arming hospitals with the weapons to combat non-paying No Fault Insurance Carriers.
