What makes an authentic chicken wing? We pride ourselves on the quality of our wings and the process that was directly adopted from upstate New York, the wing capital of the world. Authentic wings are a combination of fresh, high quality chicken, cooked to perfection with a crispy outside and tender inside. Our wings are then hand-tossed in our signature sauces for a distinctive flavor with just the right amount of heat. What's on the menu? In addition to our classic wings we serve boneless wings and chicken tenders, fantastic fries, sandwiches, salads, and wraps. There's a kids menu, too. Our Story: In the midst of a frigid upstate New York winter, college freshman Adam Lippin sunk his teeth into his first authentic Buffalo wing. That bite in 1981 began his mission to bring these hot, crispy delicacies back to New York City - where you could find anything except authentic chicken wings. Today we share our passion beyond New York City, with locations in California, the southeast, and Mexico, and menus offering a range of unique sauces and entrees to please any preference.
