Welcome To Bubby’s Tribeca. In August 1990 Bubby’s began as a wholesale pie company. By November we opened the restaurant with two tables, a coffee brewer, and a pizza oven to bake pies in. From the day we opened, Tribeca embraced us and Bubby’s doors have been opened to neighbors, friends and anyone else who wanders by ever since. From its beginnings as a pie company, Bubby’s has set the standard for traditional American food, cooking everything from scratch, using many traditional family recipes from the best sources of ingredients available. Most of Bubby’s recipes are straight out of recipe boxes from all over America.
