Dogmatic began as a humble, little food cart. Created by Andrew Deitchman of Mother in 2006, the cart rolled into Bleecker Park seasonally to spread the Dogmatic Sausage Dog word in the West Village. In 2007 Brad Blum, Founder and CEO of BLUM Enterprises, paid a visit to the cart, and the rest is Good Food history. With a little bit of expansion magic from BLUM, Dogmatic set up shop in Union Square with their very first not-on-wheels restaurant in 2008. Now with a kitchen to call home, we're always cooking up new ways to make Good Food That's Fast For You..
