A salon devoted to the art and enjoyment of great cocktails. This secretive salon is already luring cocktail aficionados in and transporting them back to a turn of the century Parisian salon. The cocktail selection reflects the period of the Temperance movement in the US and the subsequent plight of American bartenders to friendlier destinations in Europe.
