Lumpia Shack is a Filipino-inspired lumpia stand that creates delicious fried and fresh lumpia, or spring rolls. Born from our love of Filipino food, we want to add our own personal touch to one of the culture’s most popular snacks by mixing traditional flavors with locally-sourced and responsibly-produced ingredients. Each lumpia is hand-rolled to ensure the perfect amount of filling and flavor for each bite!Our menu changes weekly as we incorporate seasonal ingredients purchased locally at farmer’s markets (we shop at the Union Square Greenmarket 3 times a week!) and from other high quality food purveyors. We take pride in supporting local farms and strive to do so as much as possible, as well as trying to purchase vegetables, meat, & other produce that are free from pesticides, antibiotics, & hormones.
