Má Pêche is Momofuku’s only restaurant that doesn't require a subway ride to get to if you're coming from the MoMA, the Theater District, Central Park, or work: it's in Midtown. Má Pêche (which means “mother peach”) opened in 2010 and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. At Má Pêche, guests may choose from a variety of passed plates offered tableside to accompany larger a la carte dishes meant for sharing. Inspired by dim sum, the passed plates and cart service allow for a hand-selected, communal dining experience from Executive Chef Paul Carmichael.
