The Beagle is a superb classic cocktail bar with fantastic food, or a superb restaurant with a fantastic cocktail program, whichever you prefer. Prior to opening the Beagle, owner and general manager Matt Piacentini managed the bar at ‘inoteca liquori, where he took a small but great cocktail program and expanded it with a comprehensive roster of classic and original cocktails. He is also co-owner of Clyde Common, in Portland, OR. A native of Portland, Matt has spent the last many years living and working in San Francisco, London, Los Angeles, and New York.
